About 100,000 people lose their lives each year due to medical negligence. A much greater number suffer life-altering injuries.  Yet the industry is spending millions to fight accountabilty through the justice system instead of improving health care accountability.

Politically and economically powerful interests seek to erode our constitutional rights in an effort to protect their profits and avoid accountability for wrongdoing. As a result they have created a number of misleading front groups to advocate for the limitation of jury rights.
